Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Calm Clinic we want every patient to receive clear, fair and respectful care. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for our online consultations.
Consultations
- The initial consultation fee is $75 and is payable when you book.
- You can cancel or reschedule free of charge if you give us at least 4 hours notice before your appointment time.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 4 hours notice, or you do not attend, the consultation fee is not refundable.
- If the doctor cancels or cannot attend your appointment, we will offer you a new time or a full refund.
Technical problems
If a technical fault on our side stops your consultation from going ahead, we will rebook you at no extra cost or refund your fee in full.
Outcome of your consultation
Approval for medicinal cannabis treatment is a clinical decision made by the doctor and is not guaranteed. The consultation fee covers the doctor's time and assessment and is not refunded because treatment is not approved.
Medication
Prescriptions are filled by an independent pharmacy of your choice. Calm Clinic does not sell or supply medication. Refunds, returns and complaints about medication are handled by the pharmacy that supplied it, under that pharmacy's own policy.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for services that are not provided with due care and skill.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email calmclinic.admin@gmail.com with your name and booking details. We aim to reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
